 If only and only,

You were mine, 

I wouldnt have 

Done such a crime 

For there perhaps 

Lay such a glance 

In another world 

Where you and I 

Were one and sole

The link that bond us 

Is no longer thine 

Worse thoughts got 

Better of mine 

Doubts and trust 

Broken inside 

Squandered all my 

Fears aside

Sleep reminds me 

Of mine

A fate of shame

And regret alike
